Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to absolutely love your AMNAR purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 5 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy to accept your return for store credit. Final sale items, sale items, flash sale items, shoes, accessories and items purchased with a gist card or store credit, cannot be returned for store credit. No exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item mus be in the same condition that you received it. You can't return anything that is worn, damaged, washed, stained or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, bodysuits and swimwear must have the hygiene liners intact. Items that do not meet these standards will not be processed for an online store credit.
Start your return by sending us your name, invoice number, item number and size you want to return and reason for your return to: amnar.boutique@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.
Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable nor added to store credit totals. It is the buyer's responsibility to get item back to AMNAR Boutique, at their own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
Once the package is received and verified for condition, an online store credit will be processed immediately. You will receive an online store credit code to the email on file to use when placing your new order. Please note that store credits can't be use for shipping costs.
For international returns:
Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order number on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer. You should consider using a trackable shipping service.
