Return Policy

  • Thanks for shopping with us! Something didn't fit right? We are happy to help you. We accept returns within 3 DAYS upon receiving the merchandise.
  • We offer STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS. We reserve the right to deny any return.  
  • You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.  Swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. You can't return any kind of ACCESSORIES, WHITE CLOTHING, ITEMS ON SALE, FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE, CLEARANCE, ONE SIZE ITEMS, PRE-ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS. Items that do not meet these standards will not be processed for an online store credit.
  • All Credits are valid for 30 days.
  • Customer’s special requested orders can’t be returned, are consider final sale.
  • Pre Orders can't be returned, are consider final sale.
  • Customers will be responsible for all returning shipping costs.
  • Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your new purchase. Any remaining balance is not carried over.
  • Merchandise obtained with a store credit CANNOT be exchanged and will be considered a FINAL SALE. Holiday season purchases will be considered Final Sale. (November 20 - January 7). 
  1. To start your return, send us an email to amnar.boutique@gmail.com with your name, invoice number, item number and size you want to return. 
  2. Indicate the reason of your return.
  3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost. Please make sure your Name, Contact information and Order Number is inside the package. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to send back the package. We don't guarantee that we will received your returned item. 
  4. Once the package is received and verified for condition, we will notify you if you were eligible to begin the return process.  If it was approved, an online store credit will be processed immediately. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file. 
  5. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
  6. Online Credit value cannot be used towards shipping costs; only applicable on merchandise.
