Shipping & Pick-Ups


Shipping:
    • We offer free shipping on orders over $100.  If not, your Flat Rate is $6 for P.R. and U.S. We currently ship via USPS. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, 11am to 6pm, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business day for processing time. We will include tracking number once the order is completed and ready to be ship. 

      Freight forwarders: If you are shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You assume sole responsibility of delivery destination.

      International orders:
    • International orders will be shipped via UPS First Class shipping. It could take 7-21 days to receive your package. Please note that for First Class international shipping, there is no Insurance. 
    • Please note that AMNAR Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen. 
    • Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. You can make changes to your order information only if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we must wait for the package to be returned to us and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.  Note that there is a 20% restocking fee if this happens. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send. 
    • Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number. Please refer to that email for tracking information. 

    • Duties & Taxes: AMNAR Boutique is not responsible and has no control over custom inspections. Any customs import duties, taxes, fees or any other charges are the customers responsibility. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. Delays can occur due to any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing, and lost/incorrect deliveries may occur. Please keep an eye on your package with the tracking information provided. You can contact UPS or USPS directly as the receiver of the package; you can also contact us and we can try our best to facilitate the situation. 

  • We cannot replace or reimburse items on USPS First Class Package since it doesn't have any insurance. You can start a claim if you choose Priority. It can start with a Find my Lost Mail Claim and lead all the way to creating a claim to get insurance for the package. We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you. 

Pick-ups:

  • If you want to choose pick-up at the time of checkout you can do so.  We asked that the pick-up is done within 5 days from the day of your purchase.
  • If you need more time, you can send us an email to amnar.boutique@gmail.com, before the 5 days. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup. 
  • Remember to bring the order confirmation.
  • Please give us 24 hours to process your order.
